John M. Andrews

A Series of Works

John M. Andrews is an abstract painter based in southern Maine. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1972 and has continued his artistic development through numerous workshops and study groups. 

Andrews has exhibited extensively across Maine for several decades, including shows with the Ogunquit Art Association and at galleries such as Elizabeth Moss Galleries and the Barn Gallery. His career includes solo exhibitions, juried shows, and long-standing involvement in the regional arts community. 

In addition to exhibiting, he has contributed to the arts through teaching, mentoring, and community engagement since the late 1980s.
